Quality, Warranty and Ease of Assembly

I recently had a client buy a sauna from a local business. She wishes she would have just dealt with Far North now. She has had it for over a month and has no backrests,(waiting for them) bench seat is flat and not contoured which makes a huge difference when sitting for long periods of time, has no shelves, and no radio. Also the door does not seal so she feels the cold air. Service has not been satisfactory at all!!! On a good note: her body has changed so much using the sauna, Her muscles and fascia were always so tight that a massage treatment was painful. Now her tissues move quite freely, her headaches are decreasing, and her carpal tunnel is easier to work out and she is feeling better and better each week! As a Therapeutic Therapist the sauna is an amazing tool to use before treatments especially for those who are extremely tight and had to work on.(usually Men). Anytime someone wants to try it out or just see the quality, send them my way for sure!

Far North Saunas in my opinion has the best product, price, warranty, and customer service in the far infrared sauna market.The sauna....

We love the sauna....we spent hundreds of dollars every year going to our local recreation centre to frequent a "traditional" sauna. What a waste of money!!! We now have our own personal far infrared sauna from Far North Saunas which will pay for itself in less than 2 years compared to what we paid to visit the local sauna, if you've never been in an infrared sauna you are missing out, you sweat way more and can stay in a lot longer and it hardly costs anything to run these saunas. Far North Saunas in my opinion has the best product, price, warranty, and customer service in the far infrared sauna market. The sauna we received exceeded all our expectations, the delivery guy's were great, it was easy to put together, and works fantastic!! All businesses should strive to meet you're high standards of customer service and satisfaction!! Just an all around great experience. If you are considering a far infrared sauna purchase, look no further and give Far North Saunas a call.

Just a quick note to let you know how happy we are with the sauna. The sauna assembly was perfect. Usually when you have to assemble something there are pieces missing or poor instructions. This is the first item that we have ever got to assemble a product without any problems. The packing of the sauna was great and made it arrive safely without a mark. The sauna is beautiful, I am so glad we went with the cedar. It really makes the sauna so nice looking and the glass door is so well made. The CD player is also a very nice touch. We are both so glad that we waited and ordered this product from Far North Saunas instead of buying the sauna we saw at the home show. We know we will have many years of enjoyment from it.

The sauna is amazing and worth every penny and worth the wait.

I have researched hundreds of different kinds of saunas, one is made very close to here in Collingwood, Ontario. but they just do not have the features yours have.

I am confident this sauna is the best there is, lots of others offer many frilly options such as towel racks, aromatherapy holders, etc but the saunas are not sound, quality units engineered for quality infrared sauna therapy like yours.

We are very happy with this unit and are confident we made the right choice in a sauna.

As the owner of a wellness consulting company, I had researched the benefits of Far infrared saunas for several years before deciding to purchase a carbon panel sauna from Costco in September 2007. The very first time I tried to use my new sauna, I discovered a serious fault in the electrical system, as every light in my house dimmed and flickered while the sauna was heating. An electrician advised me not to use the sauna again as it would likely cause an electrical fire. I returned the sauna to Costco since there was no way to have the electrical components repaired without sending the sauna back to the U.S.
I started comparing local vendors of Far infrared saunas for warranty, customer service, knowledge of the product, quality and cost and happily found Far North Saunas. Their customer service has been exceptional, my new sauna has been used daily and is well beyond what I had hoped for, and there really isn't anything better than a lifetime warranty!

I was very pleased with the ease of assembly of my sauna. The design was well thought out. When I saw the roof panel I saw all the wiring in it and thought this will be hard. But to my surprise it was very simple. I had it together by myself in about an hour. I only had to call the wife to help lift the roof on. I am 54 years old after all. If you ever need a recommendation from me don’t hesitate to ask.

It looks good, heats, lights up, smells like cedar and plays music. The control panel seems to do everything it should. It fits the room (not too big) and us (not too small), which was a concern, given the limited space we were aiming to use. I especially appreciate the careful packing. Not a scratch, and nothing shifted around...
