Fibromyalgia

I have been suffering from fibromyalgia for about 6 years now and since I have started using the sauna on a regular basis I can actually say that I am almost pain free!

I have had my sauna now for about 6 months. Before I started using my sauna I was in so much pain that not even pain medications could take the edge off the pain that I was experiencing. I have been suffering from fibromyalgia for about 6 years now and since I have started using the sauna on a regular basis I can actually say that I am almost pain free! I recommend using an infrared sauna for anyone that has pain or stress in their life, because it has been a life saver for me.
