Chemically Sensitivities

I am extremely chemically sensitive (benzene compounds predominantly-- fragrances like most aftershaves & colognes, exhaust (diesel especially), pesticides, personal care products air fresheners, fabric softeners/laundry soap smells, and so on.  My symptoms include violent headaches, asthma, sinus headache, nausea, vomiting sometimes, and in extreme situations, palsy-like facial drooping & seizures.  


It has been amazing what has happened.  Initially, my husband smelled like chlorine!  He has not been a regular swimmer for years.  I smell like, you guessed it, all the benzene compounds I am so sensitive to.So we know that it is working, detoxifying our bodies.  We have had a few of my clients who are also really sensitive try the sauna.  So far, we have not anyone with a bad reaction.   If I had a spa again, I would put in at least 2 saunas. I feel energized, refreshed and have a good sense of well-being.
