We purchased an Infrared Sauna from Far North Saunas and have been very impressed with the results.

Pain Relief: We noticed pain relief from the sauna fairly quickly. I have had aches and pains from being an active Athlete for over 20 years. The majority of that was in my knees and back. After a short time using the sauna the aches and pains that I had grown accustom to were gone allowing me a much better night’s sleep.
Detoxification: Infrared saunas are known for their ability to detoxify. In our sauna it was very nice to enjoy the full body detox without feeling oppressed with the harsh environment of a traditional sauna.

Stress Relief: The sauna has been very effective for detoxification, but one of the nicest side effects we were not expecting was the stress relief. This is very understated and undervalued benefit to the sauna. After a 30 minute session, I come out of it feeling like a new man. I see many patients where stress is causing their health problems and we have started to add it to all of our stress management programs.

Improved Metabolism: I had heard of this in the infrared saunas, but was very pleasantly surprised to see it was actually true. I had personally noticed fat loss and increased energy from the sauna as well as sleeping better. I decided to run functional medicine testing to confirm this and found my basic metabolic rate had actually increased. Not only was I burning more calories, but my hydration levels had also improved.

We have been thoroughly impressed with our purchase from Far North Saunas. From the quality of the unit, ease of set up to the well thought out standard features including the full spectrum LED lighting and frameless glass door we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was very important to us that Far North Saunas had actually done the VOC testing ( testing for toxins ) on each unit as well and gone to the lengths to have their emitters tested by a laboratory to confirm the output. We found no other company that went to those extremes.

We love the sauna....we spent hundreds of dollars every year going to our local recreation centre to frequent a "traditional" sauna. What a waste of money!!! We now have our own personal far infrared sauna from Far North Saunas which will pay for itself in less than 2 years compared to what we paid to visit the local sauna, if you've never been in an infrared sauna you are missing out, you sweat way more and can stay in a lot longer and it hardly costs anything to run these saunas. Far North Saunas in my opinion has the best product, price, warranty, and customer service in the far infrared sauna market. The sauna we received exceeded all our expectations, the delivery guy's were great, it was easy to put together, and works fantastic!! I have been meaning to send you an email to tell you how much my wife and I enjoy the sauna. We have had our sauna for a little over three months and I have absolutely no complaints. Barb and I assembled the sauna in a little over an hour and it works great. I probably use the sauna 5 times a week 45-60 min each time. So far I have lost 29 lbs. I had been following the weight watcher diet for two weeks in Jan and I only lost 1 lb, to say I was discouraged is an understatement. I am following the weight watchers diet and with my regular use of the sauna my weight is falling off. My physician is happy because my blood pressure is now back in the normal range. I feel great and I know that your sauna is the main reason. My wife Barb has also lost over 20 lbs. My friends at work have asked me my secret so of course I told them about my Far North sauna. Just a short note to let you know that after about a month since we started using our new sauna we think its probably one of the best investments we ever made. I have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, so using a conventional sauna was out of the question but I can go in the infrared sauna with no problem my wife just loves it, probably more than I do.
