Satisfaction Guarantee

We are very confident that you will love your new Far North Saunas Infrared Sauna. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your sauna, simply return it within 14 days of delivery for a full credit or refund, less shipping and handling. Product must be returned in good, new condition (no marks, tears or scratches) in original package, and with the original invoice, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Products that are returned more than 14 days after receipt will not be refunded. Products returned within this time frame that are damaged and not in saleable condition will not receive a full refund. Items that you receive damaged due to shipping or that are defective due to factory fault will be promptly exchanged. Of course, our primary goal is to assist you in getting your sauna operating to your absolute satisfaction.
