I have been in practice for 30 years but while we may live longer, there is more chronic illness now then there when I first started my practice. I started using the new generation of therapy called, Far Infrared Sauna Therapy (F.I.R.S.T.) about 7 years ago after reading about research conducted in Europe and Japan. Patients with chronic illness like Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chronic Pain Syndromes, Detoxification, Weight loss, Suppressed Immune Systems have shown significant improve in these conditions after using Far Infrared Sauna Therapy (F.I.R.S.T.), where other therapies were ineffective or had limited results.
