Three-Year Limited Warranty

Far North Wellness warrants this product, to the original purchaser or gift recipient, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Far North Wellness further warrants the infrared heating elements and fan motors, to the original purchaser or gift recipient, for a period of two additional years from the date of purchase.

Extended Warranty Details: For an additional two-year period, Far North Wellness  shall warrant the infrared elements and fan motors in the heater to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service, and shall supply at no cost to the original purchaser replacement elements or fans as required to maintain product in good working order.

Shipping: Far North Wellness or its Dealer shall bear the cost of return shipping and repair, or replacement if, during the first 30 days, there is a defect in workmanship or materials. Thereafter, customer shall bear the cost of return shipping and Far North Wellness or its Dealer shall provide any defective part for a period of one full year from the date of purchase.

Far North Wellness will not be responsible for labour costs for maintenance, adjustments or replacement of any parts without the express written consent of Far North Wellness.  This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and terminated upon transfer of ownership. This warranty shall not apply to any claims arising from the misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, improper installation, including but not limited to exposure to fire or to excessive heat, and other hazards of nature. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for any special or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, components, and the parts attached, or installed with it. Nor for injury to any person, any claims for damages arising form the use, installation or servicing of the product. The purchaser is responsible for providing adequate access to the equipment so that any necessary service may be performed. The purchaser must establish, by dated sales slip, invoice or deliver receipt, the date of purchase. All costs for removing and reinstalling the product including the freight charges to and from customer shall be at the customer's expense. Jurisdictional provision: the laws of the Province of Alberta control the provisions of this document. By accepting this warranty the buyer subjects itself to the jurisdiction of the laws of the Province of Alberta and agrees that place of suit shall be in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Attached hereto is the warranty card, which must be completed and returned to Far North Wellness within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of the Far North Wellness products. Failure to return the warranty card within thirty days of purchase will void this warranty without any further notice.

THIS UNIT IS MEANT FOR INDOOR USE ONLY. WARRANTY IS VOIDED IF PRODUCT IS PLACED IN AN OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT. REGARDLESS OF THE WARRANTY CARD BEING RETURNED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME PERIOD. THERE SHALL BE NO WARRANTIES OR OBLIGATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED HEREUNDER, SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN. NO LIABILITY SHALL ACCURE TO FAR NORTH WELLNESS EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN.

Warranty Restriction
This warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.

Warranty Claim Procedure
To obtain warranty service, you must:

Contact the Dealer you purchased your equipment from for additional instructions.
Provide proof of purchase, if requested, in the form of a Bill of Sale or receipted invoice to show evidence that the unit is within the warranty period.
